Collaborations with Chicago’s favorite wine bars and cocktail lounges inspired us to produce our own take on the bar nut. We draw inspiration from Southeast Asian flavor profiles, and use unique products such as fish salt. It adds a piquancy to our peanuts that sets them apart from other nut mixes.
Each package contains the perfect combination of crystallized peanut clusters, bright lime leaves, and crispy shallot. A few fried Thai chilis, tucked into the side of the pouch, allow for you to choose your own adventure with degree of heat.
